Flax seed oil is not suitable as a cooking oil because it oxidizes at normal cooking temperatures. Flax Seed Oil is one of the healthiest sources of fat. It is understandable that some are reluctant to increase their fat intake for fear that they will get fat but no-one has ever gotten fat from consuming Flax Seed Oil in any quantity. Olive oil is great for salads not for cooking. Olive oil comes from olives, peanut oil from peanuts, sunflower oil from sunflowers; but what is a canola? Canola oil is great ant killer, it keeps them away for a long time. I pour it into a spray bottle and spray the outside base of the home foundation, I’ve wiped areas around doors and windows.
